Partial Service Disruption: Page Loading Errors

We are investigating reports of errors affecting the loading of main entity pages and "Tickets" across the platform. Users may experience "Invalid Date" errors or page crashes when viewing specific data tables.
Service has been fully restored. While our internal fix has stabilized the platform, we remain in active communication with our database provider to understand why the formatting change occurred without notice. We are also updating our internal infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to explicitly enforce these data standards moving forward.
